Reverend Maxine BrownDavis

In October, 2005, Reverend BrownDavis was solemnly and publicly set apart and ordained to work of the gospel ministry by authority and order The Right Reverend E.A. Heyliger, Senior Pastor of Ferguson Memorial Baptist Church Dunbar, West Virginia. Reverend BrownDavis holds the honor of being the first female to be ordained as Reverend in the Baptist Union in West Virginia.
 
In June 2007, Reverend BrownDavis received a Master of Divinity from Howard University school of Divinity, Washington, DC. Afterward she began serving as an Associate Minister at The Pennsylvania Avenue Baptist Church (PABC) where Rev. Dr. Kendrick E. Curry is Senior Pastor. At PABC, she served as Youth Minister, and as Treasurer. She currently serves as Health Care Minister. Reverend Brown Davis was appointed as a member of the President’s Circle at the John Leland Center for Theological Studies, Arlington, Virginia.
 
Reverend Maxine BrownDavis is a woman who preaches without any apologies and is a straight shooter. She is one who sees the best in people. Her favorite scripture is Proverbs 3: 5-6, “Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.”

Minister Kendra Eastman

 

Minister Kendra Eastman is a dedicated servant of the Lord, called to be an intercessory prayer warrior. Currently serving as an Associate Minister at the Pennsylvania Avenue Baptist Church in Washington, DC, she leads the Dance Ministry and the (IN) [Spiritual] Formation Ministry, while also assisting the Pastor. In addition to her responsibilities, Kendra is passionate about teaching the Young Adult Bible study, sharing her deep knowledge of scripture and faith with the next generation. She holds a Master of Divinity from The Samuel Dewitt Proctor School of Theology, Virginia Union University, and an Executive Master of Business Administration from the same institution. Her life is a testament to unwavering faith, leadership, and a commitment to spiritual and academic growth.

Minister Bryan Isabelle

Minister Eboney Shirley

 
Minister Eboney Shirley was licensed to preach the Gospel in 2012 by Rev. Dr. Kendrick E. Curry, Senior Pastor of the Pennsylvania Ave. Baptist Church (PABC). Presently, she has the distinguished honor of serving as an anointed Associate Minister, insightful intercessor and prophetic minstrel at PABC in the areas of Worship, Music and Arts. She also assists in leading PABC’S “Meditation Mondays,” and assists the Baptist Women’s Ministries. Min. Shirley is a dedicated disciple committed to the cause of Christ as she ministers through her intense passion for the spiritual growth and advancement of the Black family. Min. E. Minister Kevin Simmons

 
Minister Kevin L. Simmons was licensed at the Carron Baptist Church and later affirmed to preach the Gospel in 2012 by Rev. Dr. Kendrick E. Curry, Senior Pastor of the Pennsylvania Ave. Baptist Church. He currently ministers through song in the Worship, Music and Arts Ministry. Min. Simmons presently serves as a Board Member National Convention of Gospel Choirs and Choruses, Incorporated (NCGCC, Inc.), as well as National Assistant Treasurer and member of the Pastoral Alliance, NCGCC. He presently, serves as 2 nd Vice President of the Cultural Arts Incorporation, as well as
Treasurer.
Min. Simmons’ favorite verse is Matthew 6:33 “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you.”
